Pretium was engaged by a top tier Strategy Consultancy to help launch their US practice, focussed on Commercial Excellence in Software & Tech. Expert profiles in Pricing and Sales Excellence & Transformation were hired across both New York and San Francisco. A guidance workstream was also created, focussed on working closely with the Internal Talent Acquisition teams. This was created to help guide and share specialist market knowledge, supporting and enhancing the internal team’s ability to headhunt in this niche market.
Private Equity backed Medical Devices - Global - Search for Head of Sales Excellence
Pretium was engaged by a high growth Medical Devices firm to help bolster their Sales & Business Intelligence function. Re quiring both a commercial and analytical capability, to both nurture relationships and activate a change management mindset, Pretium provided a candidate shortlist of those with both pricing and sales effectiveness experience. Pretium’s bespoke Human Capital tools to test and measure candidate capability were also utilised in the process. The candidate recruited had instant value capture and has heavily influenced the group commercial strategy.
Private Equity Backed Industrials - UK - Commercial Team Build
A B2B & B2C Industrial Distributor was looking to establish their Pricing function by hiring a European Pricing Lead to drive performance across the group. As pricing is seen as a key value lever with high business exposure for the firm, a priority on the right mindset was key. To secure this, Pretium utilised their bespoke pricing tools to test compatibility and capability during the process. Pretium secured a Lead Pricing Expert and also a supporting Analyst to join.
